Sinclair catches Irons eyes

SinclairflanaganManchester City’s  Scott Sinclair is emerging as a possible target for the Hammers in the summer.

The left winger has seen his career stall since joining the Premier League title-chasers from Swansea City and is currently on loan at West Bromwich Albion.

And his parent club have subsequently decided the 24-year-old Bath-born former Chelsea and Swansea man (pictured above with girlfriend and former ‘Corrie’ star Helen Flanagan) would be a top addition at around £3 million.

The Hammers want to freshen the squad in the summer and with six players coming out of contract the club are keen to invest in younger players.

Sinclair is believed to be on wages of around £30,000 a week but there’s competition from West Brom themselves.

A Hammers source confirmed some interest but added that at this stage the only serious focus was in clinching Premier League safety.

  1. I’d like to see him come, we’re definitely a winger short and one who can chip in with goals is always nice, bet his wages are more than 30k a week though
