Former Hammer Trevor Sinclair has recorded his prediction for the London Derby grudge match between Spurs and West Ham.
Recording a video for BreatheSport.com Sinclair says:“Huge, Huge rivalry and that’s just the players, for the fans I think it borders on hatred. North London against East London, Hertfordshire against Essex, they really don’t like each other and when I have played in this game the atmosphere has always been red hot. West Ham this season start away from home has been unbelievable! Four wins from six away games and they played really well, they got some massive scalps on the way but for me this will be as big as any of those scalps especially as they have not got Dimitri Payet who I think everyone agrees has been a most sensational player this season, picked up a bad injury against Everton, really poor challenge for me, should have been a red card. He’s not available so if he (Slaven) goes to the Lane and gets a result this will be a remarkable result. It has been West Ham’s best start to any Premier League season so credit to them. It will be a ding dong of a battle but I think this one is going to be a draw! 1-1″
Spurs vs The Hammers!! Love these games ⚽ https://t.co/F5kHerKuAd

It doesn’t border on hatred – it is utter and bitter hatred from me. I don’t know what is is with Spurs fans but they are the most deluded mouthy fans at any club. They think they are Arsenal rivals when Arsenal have finished above them for about 20 years. I’ve been very unfortunate to have worked with the worst kind of Spurs fan most of my working life – mouthy, deluded non attenders. These are the worst, similar to London based non attending ManU fans, using the term ‘we’ to describe ‘their’ team, proclaiming themselves as world beaters yet ripping everyone to shreds when they lose. They are also very pikey, go into a pub in their area on a matchday and its like being with a load of chas n dave pikey attribute acts. Horrible people – all of them.
I don’t hate anyone – well there’s a former Manager I wouldn’t er ‘spit’ on if he was on fire – but apart from that I can’t think of anyone, and I used to live in Essex but now dwell in Hertfordshire – it would still give me a great deal of pleasure if we could get one over the Spuds again!

Hatred is a strong word. I am not sure I HATE Spurs or their fans. I might dislike some of the more argumentative ones but mostly it is just banter not hatred.
