Six week timetable for matches to be played

The Premier League has no idea at this stage when the game will kick off again but it seems that whenever it may be they see it being competed in six weeks.

According to some reports managers have been that’s the time table – see how we avoided the words road map.

Whether we like it or not the die is now cast and unless there are unforseen circumstances – and in the present situation – that of course is more than possible, we will be underway again in June.

The Times report that club bosses have been told to expect six weeks of action, with June 20-21 looking like the earliest possible resumption date.

Managers were told of the need to crash through the final fixtures of this season to ensure that players get enough rest time before the start of the following campaign.
