Mark Noble – like the rest of us – wants the season to go on and on!
After grabbing two goals in the victory over West Brom he said: “I’m obviously just enjoying my football at the minute. There’s three games left and we don’t want the season to finish, to be honest.”
“I got two penalties last week and two more today, which is always nice from open play as I don’t get many from open play! I’m just enjoying it.
Having lost just six of their 35 Premier League matches, West Ham will also smash the previous record low of 13 defeats set in 1998/99 and 1999/00.
Nobes told the official site: “We’ve put ourselves under pressure now for next season! We’ve used the whole squad when we’ve needed to and we’ve just gelled this year.
“I think we feel confident every time we play. We’ve got good players. Obviously Dimi, for our third goal, made an incredible run and laid Andy in and he put in a great ball to the back stick and I managed to get the third. That’s the sort of players we’ve got at the minute and times are looking up for us.”
Maybe we found our 20 goals striker… Mark Noble… lol. Anyway, the players have changed their mentality, it feels like anything’s possible now and a lot of the credit goes to King Slav. The foundations of West Ham Empire are in place 😉
Worth taking to the Europeans just for his penalty taking,
Bring him on in extra time just so we know we have 1 pen,
I was on his back at the beginning of the season like quite a few others and still like Obiang in the team, but he has proved many doubters wrong,
Well done MN you have become a great leader and you still have a chance to play for your country ( if Woy goes )
nobes has always had the engine and the industry to his game but I believe he is one of those players who raises his game when he has better players around him. I remember him as a better player when he had Carlos tevez to link up with. Now he has international quality players to link up with once more he raises his game. In this is just one reason why Roy Hodgson must be some kind of complete winker.
