Irons fans are unhappy that Slaven Bilic has claimed that the luck could soon turn in our favour.

Talking to the official site the manager said: “It’s only a matter of time before the luck or more concentration will come on our side.”

ClaretandHugh’s Facebook immediately responded telling the boss in no uncertain manner that the game was not about luck.

bilic2O It’s not bad luck its our own wrong doing
O Someone needs to enlighten Slav that you make your own luck and suffer with poor decisions COYI wake up ⚒⚒⚒
O Slav needs to look at his substitutions on Saturday, taking off Payet was a massive mistake
O I think taking Payet off was the correct decision but Nordtveit blew his chance. He’d have been better off bringing Ginge on and pushing Kouyate up to sit alongside Fernandez and Obiang.
O Yeah our luck was ready to turn when we were relegated with Carrick etc. Too good to go down right?!?
O Poke your LUCK Slav, football is not lucky it’s earned!!! YOU messed up just own it people who like you will have more respect for you!  Last chance for me then he has to go too
O THAT loss was nothing to do with luck. Bad decisions – not bad luck!

I won’t go as far as to want Slav out but bad tactics Saturday. We were winning by pressurising high up,to take a bit off of the defence, who I thought were superb.
So why change our best outlet in Payet,I’m sure he could have played and annoyed their players for nine more mins.
We know our defence has had a tough time of it lately, so why invite pressure in the last fifteen, we were winning by playing football, and lost by a nervous manager’s over compensation in the defensive area.COYI
