James Tomkins and James Collins will both be fit to return after the international break.
Manager Slaven Bilic explained that although Tomkins returns to training today “it’s still too early for a game against Chelsea.”
But he added: “After that we have a an international break so both of them should be available for the next game. All the rest are good. We have a good squad, we have a big squad now. As we expected, most of the players are back and that’s really good for us and it makes us even more confident.”
He expects the south west London team to be particularly tough opponents given they are now out of two competitions saying: “Maybe they were more focused on the Champions League and the FA Cup but now they’re out maybe it’s harmed the confidence and atmosphere at their training ground.
“But on the other hand they are also thinking there’s nine games to go and if they click they can finish very, very high also. In that sense it’s not a great time because now they have only Premier League and make no mistake I’m expecting them to be really hungry and totally focused on the Premier League.”
Now things are looking up,
Ginge will be great to have back and Tomo will have to fight for a place but now can set his sights on his favourite position or though there are some ( not me ) not sure about Byrams
Pedigree,
Thanks to Antonio and Kouyate Slavs great organisation skills and the outstanding form of Ogbonna we have not really missed them
Maybe we can push hard for a top 4 spot. I think we are good enough to give it a real crack¨
with the X-tra spice we have added to the team lately
