Slav’s big decision

|

slaven-bilic-west-ham-andy-carroll_3358382Slaven Bilic is hoping he will see Andy Carroll play a big part in proceedings against Burnley tonight (Wed).

Carroll – with service from the likes of Michael Antonio and Aaron Creswell along with Dimi Payet  – could be the main weapon of destruction as the visitors set up a four on four formation at the back.

The two wing backs will be needing to get crosses into the by line fr the big man who has often been described as unstoppable on his day.

With just one point on their travels and no Premier League games won in London, Burnley look the ideal opponents for the Irons after their brave draw at Liverpool.

But quite when AC will appear is still a decision in Slav’s mind and he said: “I think I’ve spoken about Andy more than any other player including Payet.

The only negative thing about Andy is he is not available all the time. For the team, manager, that is the only one. That box, we are always hoping, we hope he will be long term available for us.

All the other boxes he ticks, his work rate in training, off the pitch, training ground is very positive. He’s a good lad.

We hope he can play a big part against Burnley tonight.”
