Racketeering has broken out on Twitter with an auction being held for tickets at the last two games of the Boleyn season.
The picture above emerged on the social media network and a storm of abuse immediately greeted the blatant attempt to rip off Hammers fans to the max.
Chairman David Sullivan’s eldest son David tweeted: “West Ham fans – what should the club do to fans selling tickets like this, explain in detail if possible.”
The fans were in no doubt and immediately made their feelings known in no uncertain manner. Here’s some random responses to Sullivan jnr’s clear concern.

Sadly , you don’t have to be a nice person to support a club , this sort of thing will always happen i’m afraid .
I see nothing bad if you resell a ticket for a reasonable price like 10% percent extra if you cannot attend the game, but if you try to rip other fans off – that should be punished.
Most of us will say it’s wrong but those that buy them will be pleased to go to the matches and the money is not so important,
Mrs B and her Tory party have bred in us to be business minded,
Maybe the name and number can be traced by the seller and if he has put in for a season ticket at the OS and the buyer has not the roles can be reversed,
That would push the price very high and compensate the poor person who wants to miss history, probably had to much excitement this season and going to spend a month in Sunderland to bring his heart rate down
Well done Gooners for keeping a clean sheet
It wont take long for the Ticket Office to identify the seller, when they do he or she must have their OS Season Ticket revoked and sold to a real fan on the waiting list.
I know he or she is young, look at the ticket , but this is discraceful when all real fans are trying via the ballot to go see the last two games.
I am still waiting to see if I am able to go.
I’d guess that it is the parent of the young adult who is selling the ticket
Good luck Oldiron
Hold on a minute. That’s my season ticket! Where’d you get that from?
