Alex Song looks certain to become a Hammer before the end of the transfer window.
The player is still recovering from ankle surgery on a floating bone which affected the second part of his season and has put the move in doubt at various times.
But ClaretandHugh’s highly placed source  has just explained to us that the move is set to go through.
He said: “There’s some madness out there right now as is usually the case at this time of the year but Song looks 90 per cent certain to be joining us.”

Don’t really understand why we are leaving this particular deal to the last minute….
We knew 2 weeks ago that if he passed his medical before 1st September he was going to ours but to many thought that the medical 2 weeks ago ment the deal was finished,
I can’t blame The 2 Daves after the problems with Carroll and others,
Good that the first part of the deal is done I am sure he will come to us full time once his fitness is not a problem,
