Alex Song has been called into the Cameroon squad for the 2017 Africa Cup of Nations qualifier against South Africa.
His inclusion in new coach Hugo Broos’ first squad is a surprise after the 28-year-old quit the international scene last year.
The qualifier against South Africa takes place on 26 March at the Limbe Omnisport Stadium.
Cameroon are currently top of Group M with maximum points from their first two games.
If he quit international football how is he included ?
It won’t do him any harm he is not doing his reputation any good on our bench and he will need to find a new club next year or take a major pay cut
