For in a worst case scenario our midfielder Mr Soucek could be banned for the FA Cup quarter-final should West Ham United overcome Manchester United this evening.

So we must hope he avoids a booking or he will be missing for the extremely important quarter finals.

The Czech  was shown a yellow in the last round of the cup against Derby County and as per the competition’s rules, any player who picks up two bookings is suspended for a game.

In his 110 games for the Irons, our favourite potato salad eater has picked up 11 yellow cards and that ridiculous, but later rescinded red card against Fulham. Who  could ever forget that piece of nonsense?

Our opponents tonight have such a large squad that despite losing Van De Beek and Eriksen who have long-term issues and doubts over Shaw, Fred and Martial they will still put out a strong side in their chase for the quadruple (Ha!…I don`t think so)
