West Ham’s high profile signing from last summer is a man in demand. Just in February a deal was agreed to send Luis Guilherme off to Brazil – only for it to be vetoed by Graham Potter, presumably as news of the seriousness of Crysencio Summervilles’ injury became clear.
Guilherme has gradually forced his way into substitute appearances with West Ham, putting in workmanlike if not breathtaking performances. However, his reputation precedes him and the suitors are many to take him away from West Ham.
Just yesterday we reported the interest from Feyenoord in taking Guilherme to the dutch club: Today givemesport.com produced an article leading with: ” Southampton Want to Sign £20m ‘Electric’ Premier League Star” , confirming that “Luis Guilherme is a player that Southampton are keen on and may look to sign him ahead of the 2025/26 season. Guilherme signed for West Ham in the summer of 2024 for around £20 million from Palmeiras. Both then and now, Guilherme has been regarded as an exciting prospect with “electric pace.”
We’ll gloss over the subsequent rather terrifying claim made by givemesport that the Saints will seek to work a part exchange deal sending keeper Aaron Ramsdale to West Ham in exchange for Guilherme.
What is it that so many other clubs can see in Guilherme – be it Feyenoord, Wolves, Southampton – that make him such a desirable player but one that can’t get a start at West Ham. Answers on a postcard please.
Getting fed up of all this bad news…and yes exactly our players are good enough for other clubs and in some cases big clubs …but not us …I think things will turn ugly in a minute as not one bitvof good news has come out of our club for ages and the fans are starting to get to the point where protests could be on the agenda….i think 90% of fans hsve literally just had enough…its no exaggeration to say that this club is run like a circus and like fulkirg said half the team don’t give a shit …dont shoot ne ..and I know it would damage us financially..but sometimes I think that Getting relegated and getting rid of all ths pre maddonas that only play for themselves and there own gain and just keeping bowen and a couple other senior players abd starting fresh with youn hungry academy and hungryyoung lads who know how lucky they are to play for west ham and have such a privileged job ..we woukd have to get promoted the first time because I’m sure bowen would only stay for one season in championship to get us back
…..I know its drastic ..but what else is there
The answer is WE ARE COMPLETE FOOTBALLING IDIOTS FULL OF INCOMPETENCE FROM TOP TO BOTTOM The young Brazilian is a top player in there We are totally blinded as the last 2 years have proved Our decision making is horrendous we are unprofessional and it took our German to say it Good on him
