Southampton ticket window extended

West Ham have extended the deadline for successful supporters in the ballot to purchase their tickets for the Southampton fixture until 9 am on Monday 17 May.

This is to allow more time for supporters to secure their seats for the final-day clash at London Stadium on Sunday 23 May.

Season ticket holders reported queues on the Ticket office phone line of up to 45 minutes today.

West Ham will welcome back 10,000 supporters back to the finale of the 2020/21 season which will kick-off at 4pm.

If you have been successful in being allocated a ticket for the Premier League match against Southampton on Sunday 23 May, you can find your ticket(s) in the Notifications section of your ticketing account at eticketing.co.uk/whufc

Supporters will be able to secure their ticket(s) by either using a relevant payment card or any available Club Cash balance.

Allocated tickets will be in accounts until 9am on Monday 17 May, at which point seats which have not been purchased by this time will be released and offered to fellow supporters.

All in line with Sports Ground Safety Authority (SGSA) guidance, the tickets will only be available to download onto a mobile device or printed at home. There will be no opportunity to forward or exchange the ticket, while no paper tickets will be printed.

  1. Are they emailing and texting people if they have been successful

  2. I got lucky in the ballot, but trying to get through yesterday and today on the phone was impossible. Every time I called I was cut off after 5 mins. Instead I emailed supporter services with all my references and an email address for each family member and fortunately they linked them for me and I was able to confirm and pay online. Bit of a pain in the back side, but easier than trying and failing on the phone.
