Spanish winger reports return linking West Ham

Reports in the Italian press have once again linked West Ham with Spanish winger Suso.

His agent Alessandro Lucci recently announced he has separated from his client and this has led to speculation that he may be moving to the Premier League this winter with West Ham and Wolves mooted in the Calciomercato piece.

West Ham were reported to be interested in Liverpool flop Suso last month according the  Sun newspaper

The 25-year-old AC Milan attacking midfielder is thought to have a release fee clause of £36m.

The Spaniard has managed just one assist in eight Serie A outings this term and was widely criticised for his performance against Lecce last Sunday.

He joined Liverpool’s youth setup from Cadiz for a £54,000 fee in 2010 later sold to AC Milan for just over £1m after making 14 Premier League appearances for the reds between 2012 and 2015.

He scored eight times and made eight assists in the 2018-19 season with reports in Italy suggesting the player himself now wants a move.

Suso has earned five caps for Spain, most recently playing in the 4-0 win over Faroe Islands in September.
