Spurs set to be nine players short v Hammers

Spurs set to be nine first players short for the match against the Hammers on Thursday evening!

According to the usually accurate injury expert Ben Dinnery , listing the names on his website,- he says the players will definitely not be available.

He says that Ivan Perisic, Rodrigo Bentancur, Micky van de Ven, James Maddison, Ryan Sessegnon, Manor Solomon and Alfie Malik Whiteman are “ruled out” whilst midfielder Pape Matar Sarr is a doubt  along with senior defender Eric Dier.

He adds that  Cristian Romero has been suspended for the last three games after picking up a red card in the match against Chelsea but is expected to be available for the clash with the Irons.

Meanwhile, the Hammers are expected to be at full strength and with Kurt Zouma back at central defence after his home was burgled on Saturday ahead of the match against Crystal Palace.

With Jarrod Bowen fit and both Mohammed Kudus and Edson Alvarez recovered from sickness the Hammers will be likely to put out their strongest team against the fifth placed north Londoners who have lost three and drawn one of their last four.

After being beaten 1-4 by Chelsea and 1-2 by Villa plus an away defeat at Wolves they scrambled to a 3-3 draw at Man City in the closing seconds of the game on Sunday.

The Hammers can reduce the points gap against the deadly rivals to three points with a win!
