Striker unsure of Hammers future

Javier Hernandez will not guarantee what the future holds for him at West Ham.

The Mexican purchased last Summer £16m has made just 16 starts this season and scored 7 goals despite being the top wage earner on a reported £140,000 per week.

Chicharito told the Daily Mirror “There has always been speculation as to whether I will stay or leave and I cannot guarantee anything. I have two more years of contract with West Ham, and everything will come up. You never know, because in the winter period I wanted to find my way out to have more minutes and could not.”

For the time being  Hernandez wants to focus on Mexico’s chances of winning the world cup in Russia adding “A lot of people complain that it’s not realistic but people who don’t dream or aspire to more and more are maybe the ones that are confused”

The 29-year-old reported back ill after International duty but is expected to be available for the Hammers away game at Chelsea this weekend.
