Sullivan staying at home

David Sullivan will not nbe attending tomorrow night’s friendly match against Dagenham and Redbridge which he and the directors arranged in a bid to raise finds for the struggling National League outfit.

With new security measures being introduced, the co chairman has agreed not to attend the match which kicks off at the Chigwell Construction Stadium on Wednesday 21 March 2018 at 7.30 pm.

David Gold is also unlikely to attend the match although no decision has been made one way or the other at this stage.

The pair will definitely  be back in the directors box for the match against Southampton next weekend but the Dagenham match looks like one they will both miss.

The Hammers are expected to take 1900 fans to the game which will act as a useful fitness game ahead of the critical Premier League game.
