Summerville Boost: West Ham’s Triple Injury Comeback for Moyes Showdown

Jinky trickster Crysencio Summerville could return in time for West Ham’s game against Everton – The David Moyes Derby – on March 15th, which is well ahead of schedule.

The news could also form part of a triple whammy, with Niclas Füllkrug and Lucas Paquetá potentially playing their part alongside Summerville in a game the club could really do without losing.

Since Moyes has been completing his remarkable turnaround at Goodison Park, the usual suspects, like Richard Keys, have been taking digs. To add further fuel to the fire, there has been a level of taunting on social media, with some seemingly revelling in mocking West Ham fans whenever the Toffees pick up points.

Therefore, it would be a massive shot in the arm if Graham Potter can get something away at Everton, and the return of Summerville would certainly help. The Dutchman and last year’s Championship Player of the Season has been progressing well and could now unexpectedly play before the international break.

After the Premier League game at Goodison against Moyes’ boys, West Ham won’t play again until April. With only two games in March due to the international break and the club’s absence from cup football, Potter will have plenty of time on the training ground – so he’ll want to sign off in style

That would be great smash dithering Dave

I am curious Gonzo, what exactly has Fullkrug done to get you so excited about his return? I am hoping that Ferguson will keep him out of the picture for the rest of his contract. Paqueta’s return depends on which version comes back, but at least with Summerville we know what to expect and he is more likely to deliver 100% effort. As for Moyes, like I said, beware the Ides of March.

The main reason for Moyes’ success at Everton is the return of Alan Irvine to his side. Look how well we did under Irvine when Moyes had Covid.
Unfortunately, when he left and went back up north our performances gradually became worse…

Give him a chance he hasn’t had a proper run of games, we seem to have to many negative fans

    • Stubbo says:

The negativity has been cultivated by those at the top of the Club. They’ve created a situation that is hard to get behind and transformed the Club into something that is very difficult to feel a part of.

So all it leaves is sniping and back and forth about the day to day, as there is no bigger picture or vision to get behind.

The problem is the head of the Club. Everything else is just a symptom.

No idea why so many are still fixated on Moyes. With due respect I don’t give a stuff about Everton or Moyes. He’s a limited manager with old school methodology and incapable of change. Everton certainly won’t thrive under his management and I’d rather have a Potter in the dugout without a doubt.

Totally agree mate dithering Dave doing well as he,s not been involved in the players recruitment at Everton once he is lol

  • Dave says:

No different than Benrahma, runs around with no end product or goals.
