West Ham Supporters flags have been relocated to the West Stand next to Club London West Ham have confirmed this afternoon. The club introduced the supporter flag initiative last season to help with the look and feel of the new stadium.
Stadium operators have now installed new LED mid tier advertising screens where the flags hung last season and the concrete ears either side of the giant screens will now carry branding to promote early access to concert tickets.
Supporter services have been in discussions with stadium operators and owners where to relocate the supporter flags which include the giant crowd funded Claret and Hugh flag. This afternoon all flag owners were emailed to confirm the relocation to the West stand.
The flags will be hung on their new positions on Monday night ready for the visit of Huddersfield for our first game of the season at the London Stadium. Look out for the Claret and Hugh flag on Monday.
