Supporters call for retrospective ban on Everton player

West Ham supporters are calling for a retrospective ban on Salomón Rondón claiming his actions were intentional & sinister and could have blinded Hammer’s warrior Tomas Soucek

Fans on social media are calling that retrospective action by the authorities should be taken in the reviewing footage.

Tomas Soucek required stitches after the incident and it’s going to leave a scar on his face.

The Czech republic Hammer posted a photo on social media after the game confirming he was still alive saying “A few more stitches on my face, to add to my collection. I never give up for any reason. Great win lads and keep up the good work. Don’t worry, I am still alive”

The FA can take retrospective action in situations where a match official has been deceived by a player and as a direct result.

However action is limited to situations where a penalty has been awarded; and/or an opposing player has been sent off.

As neither criteria have been met the FA will not be convening a three-person panel on this occasion.
