Supporters prepared to forgive Arnautovic

|

The majority of supporters are prepared to forgive Marko Arnautovic for wanting to leave the Hammers if he knuckles down to training and playing for West Ham.

A Claret and Hugh poll of almost 2,000 readers reveals that nearly sixty-seven per cent are prepared to forgive and forget while the remaining thirty-three per cent while not in the forgiving mood.

The 29-year-old was left out of the squad that travelled to the south coast on Friday claiming his head was not in the right place, following Sunday and Monday off he returned to Rush Green to commence training today with an insider saying he was professional and respectful on his return.

Arnautovic can repair his reputation to the fans by letting his actions on the pitch do his talking rather than his agent brother.  Score a hat trick in the FA Cup this weekend and his words about winning trophies in China will quickly be forgotten by West Ham supporters.

Full Poll Result: 1,932 Votes Yes, let his actions speak on the pitch, time to heal. 1,293 (66.93%) No, he has betrayed the Hammers 639 (33.07%)
