We weren’t even a chance for Victor Wanyama. Apparently Levy has knocked it on the head.Sound familiar?

i always rated randolph over adrian, less prone to a spectacular save but far more reliable

goal keeping is a bit funny, you see some goals and think the keeper should of done better… when in fact it’s the ones that are close that are often the most difficult to save… there is a sweet spot that every good striker knows, too far for the leg but too close for a dive… a keeper getting down to the ground for those is often the most difficult to save, at best he’ll get a hand there but for a striker thats a lot of space to aim for

randolph was good, better than adrian imho

sander berge or kessie would be the most important

berge is a very interesting player, strong, excellent passing, vision, fantastic dribbler, loves a long pass and is incredibly efficient with them… at 21 years old i think he’d be a very good partner for rice in midfield… he’d be nobles replacement but both would still have plenty of game time

kessie ont he other hand is more of an athlete but less of a passer… think a better version of kouyate… and like kouyate often runs into the final third to do nothing at all… he is much more disciplined than kouyate though

either signing would improve our starting 11 and add much needed depth in midfield, i’d rate both ahead of the number 1 favorite fernandes who i don’t think is ready for the premier league… kessie would probably have the most immediate impact but sander is the most talented – really something special there

Agree fangio. As a Norwegian I’m obviously biased, but I’ve been thinking about thinking about Berge for West ham last 18 months or so. He brings a lot to him that we need and seems like a good fit. A step up for him obviously, but probably the right type move. He is likely to go to a club of West Hams stature, a trend young Norwegians have increasingly adopted. We should also look at Ajer, playing CB at Celtic. That boy has a decent future ahead, and the pair is seen as part of the future core of our National squad (which have done absolutely nothing since late 90s) 🙂
