Supporters’ believe it is time for Manuel Pellegrini to go according to a Claret and Hugh poll.
Over 2,100 C&H readers took part in yesterday’s poll which gave three simple options.
The options were: sack the manager before the weekend, wait until the result on Saturday against Southampton or back the manager regardless of Saturday’s result.
An overwhelming 65% want the West Ham board to relief the Chilean manager of his duties this week and not wait until the weekend.
A further 24% agree that the West Ham can afford to give him one more game at the weekend before making the decision.
That means 89% of those of voted want the manager gone if he fails to get a result at the South coast this Saturday.
The remaining 11% want to stick by the manager and suggest they should retain his services no matter what Saturday brings in terms of a result.

I’m at a loss to defend the Manager. I love attacking football, and if you can score 5 while the opposition can only score 4, great!
But it’s not the case.
While I’ll never claim to be a football tactician, have knowledge of the game like those running our team, I feel it speaks volumes that so many fans say… “Strong defense, combative midfielder, support for our main forward”, so many fans. Yet apparently 20, 30, 40 years of supporting and watching football, fans don’t know what they’re talking about.
