Surprise medical claim about Chicharito

“Epilepsy is a brain disorder that causes people to have recurrent seizures. They occur when nerve cell groups (neurons) in the brain send erroneous signals,” the article said.

The report says that thanks to the advance of the medicine they could now control the disease but nevertheless,  Chicharito must still be monitored, since the convulsions can re-appear at any time.

The medical claim has come as a surprise because the striker never had any reported problems in the clubs where he has played (Chivas, Manchester United, Real Madrid, Bayer Leverkusen and currently West Ham)
Approximately 50 million people worldwide have epilepsy, making it one of the most common neurological diseases globally.
