Diego Poyet is reportedly upset with his Charlton loan spell after alleged promises were broken.
The West Ham player rejoined Charlton on loan in January when then-interim boss Karel Fraeye was in charge.
The 21 year old believed he would feature prominently under Fraeye’s replacement Jose Riga when he returned to SE7.However, the former Addicks Player of the Year for the 2013/14 season has started just three times under the former Standard Liege manager.
According to a News Shopper report – voa a source – broken promises regarding Poyet’s playing time have left the Uruguay U20 international bewildered.
Riga allegedly insisted Poyet was still in his plans in February but he has not made an appearance for the South Londoners in over a month.
If he is not happy and they have broken there agreement bring him back,
If he is going to have a future at our club let’s get him playing again if not let’s be fair with him and let him move on as long as it’s not a loss financially for us,
That way others will be happy to join us and know we are good fair club,
Personally I would not give up on him and he could still be a great back up to Kouyate and Obiang
