West Ham Vice-Chairman Karren Brady is the executive ultimately responsible for the running of the non-footballing side of West Ham and describes her proudest achievement as moving the Hammers from the Boleyn Ground to the London Stadium.
She is a controversial figure – prominent in the relationship of the fans with West Ham – and has been at the centre of allegations that her various other business interests such as The BBC Apprentice, Sun columnist, business consultant and Peer of the realm are conflicts of interest.
Perhaps the time is now right to move the Baroness into a non-executive advisory role on the board to allow a new CEO to come in to restructure the non-footballing side of the club from the ground up or should the owners take a more drastic course?
Our Claret and Hugh poll today asks: “What should happen to Karren Brady?”
Why not just ged rid?
