A Dylan Tombides Tribute Match hosted by Perth Soccer Club is to be held on Sunday.
The Australian outfit, known as the Azzurri, will play Stirling Lions SC, in support of the DT38 foundation, the charity set up in Tombides’ name. The match kicks off at 3pm and is being supported by West Ham. Perth-born Dylan played for both clubs before joining the Irons 2010.
Dylan’s mother and DT38 Foundation Founder, Tracylee Tombides, said: “The tribute match means a lot to the foundation and to Taylor, Jim and I personally.
“It raises awareness about Dylan’s story and the need for self-awareness and early detection. It encourages our young men to take their health seriously.”
