Yes we all love payet but this season has been as much about the British backbone players. Your Nobles your Tomkinses your Collinses and carolls cress wells and Antonios. All the players in fact that some So called supporters were keen to get rid of earlier in the season. Noble has been brilliant all season. Captain fantastic. If payet has earned a pay rise then so has noble.
Captain Fantastic?? Brilliant all season?? If Noble is that good why hasn’t Hodgson noticed? Tremendous club servant and admirable loyalty are more fitting descriptions I would suggest in my humble opinion.
I am very disappointed in you Mr Slaven a Laugh : Being a Noble fan is just not the done thing here, I’m afraid. The fact that more and more pundits (including Shearer now) are putting Noble forward for an England place just demonstrates how little they know about football…indeed, whether he is a brilliant footballer or not is quite beside the point…and as for his superb goal (with outstanding technique according to the aforesaid Shearer) it is just a silly irrelevance. Testimonial? ? You can hear the (handful only of) hyenas baying and spitting fire… Sell him off to whoever would have him…or just get out a gun and shoot him are clearly better options..cough. ..splutter…..just not for you or me….cough…and the vast majority of WHU supporters who know a good thing when they see it!
