Just rest him for next season and get 100%,
Leave Burke in the team for the rest of the season and even bring Oxford on for 20 mins at the end of each game,
I like Tomkins but the season is over and we need to start it ha full squad specially if we are in Europe,
Give Potts some time as well and rest Cresswell,
Give Alfitano some time and rest Nolan
Give Nene some time and rest Cole

Tomkins could be a very good player he just needs to step up to the next level. Hopefully next season he will mature or improve a little bit more cuz he has the potential
