TOP CLUBS WATCH POSH HAMMERS TRIALIST!

Peterborough starlet Jaanai Gordon-Hutton will tonight parade the  skills which looked likely to win him a West Ham deal, before scouts from Arsenal, Chelsea, Manchester United and Manchester City at Molineux.

The seventeen year old striker spent three weeks on trial at Upton Park scoring at Under-18, Development Squad and first team friendly level.

But after a package, which may eventually have risen to £5 million had been agreed, the club tried to revise the deal after manager Sam Allardyce returned from Dubai.

The League One outfit rejected that and on Tuesday night the youngster will turn out for the Posh youngsters in a Youth Cup match at Wolves.

London Road Director of football Barry Fry said: “There’s huge interest in Jaanai and scouts from United, City, Arsenal and Chelsea are going to be watching him.

“It’s a pity things didn’t work out at West Ham as he was very keen to join but there’s no shortage of clubs interested.”
