Here is a video tour of the new club store outside the former Olympic Stadium in Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park. The new Stadium mega Store is two-and-a-half times bigger than its predecessor at the Boleyn Ground. It boasts a brand new Magic Mirror which allows you to try on the new Away Kit using virtual technology before you buy it. A section of the John Lyall Gates from the Boleyn Ground have been relocated to the Stadium Store in his honour.
The store has 25 till points as well as a dedicated shirt printing area with 12 printing machines to cope with the high demand, particularly on matchdays. The store includes a coffee shop named the West Ham United Coffee Co. where you can take a break, meet, eat and drink during your visit to the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park.
Season ticket holders can get 10% discount off Umbro products. You just have to show the till an email with confirmation of your season ticket or show them your old season ticket access card. West Ham employees get 20% off the stadium store or the coffee shop but you need to show a West Ham employee name badge.
