Transfer Gossip Video

It’s been a busy day in the world of transfer gossip even by West Ham standards so here myself and Geo try to make sense of Tore, Feghouli , Lacazette, Sakho and more.

Who is Feghouli, Where will Antonio play and is £32m too much for the mighty Irons to pay for a player are all discussed.

Recorded live we try and react to the Claret & Hugh and Hammerschat tweets and questions as they come in.

  1. Well done Matte if youre out there.Italians done brilliant!!

  2. Feghouli on a free is an amazing signing, a player worth around 15 mil normally, so for adding depth to the squad perfect!

Tore is a player i hope we sign as he looks great, and Bilic has alot of faith in him.

Hutchinson i know nothing about but if Bilic wants him then he must be decent.

But the main talking point in my opinion is Lacazette. For me, we break the bank on this one. It’s time we splash the cash on a proven top quality striker, we can grab a second if need be on loan if we wanna try an unknown, but if he has a price, I say we pay it. It’s the only position we have (aside from right back, ill come back to that) where I don’t think we really have any first choice strikers, Valencia is far too inconsistent, Sakho is never gonna be the 20 goal a season striker we need, and Carroll I think is a key player for the team, but not a starter. He one of the most effective impact subs in the league if not all of Europe, but thats it, if we signed Lacazette, I think we have a top quality team where we are in no rush to improve in any position.

Oh and in terms of right backs, yeah we need one of those. Liked the sound of Van der Wiel, but thats gone a bit quiet. I get we dont want to panic buy anyone but would be nice to have it sorted.

But yeah, Lacazette, spend whatever it takes.

  3. Maybe not so much this season but we are going to see a completely different kind of west ham side to that we have ever seen before. That bit that has always held us back as a club has gone & slav is going to be the most successfull manager we have ever had.
