Unhappy Irons want new club for top prospect

|

West Ham are ready to end Sead Haksabanovich’s loan to Malaga and find him another club in January.

The club are deeply frustrated that the highly promising midfielder has been handed just one start since he arrived at the club.

And today via a senior insider at the London Stadium ClaretandHugh was told there was little point in allowing him to stay in Spain in the present circumstances and that unless things changed they would need to terminate the contract.

Haksabanovic enjoyed a good pre-season with the first team and the manager clearly believed a move to his former club was ideal for the youngster.

But things have not worked out at all for the 19 year old and our source confirmed the story which first arose in Diario Sur where it was made clear the youngster could be on the move.

He said: Sead needs to be playing games and WE need him to be playing. We now are actively looking for another club who will give him games.”

Sad that these top prospects don’t get a chance. Same could be said for Reece Oxford. Look at the players that get a run of games. For instance Hugill at Middlesbrough, Marcus Browne with his five goals at Oxford, Elliott lee with his ten goals at Luton. Look at how a run of games laying well in week out has benefitted Declan rice. He is making far less mistakes now. Then there is Grady Diangana. I’m sure he will improve with a run of games. It’s all about an improvement in match fitness, sharpness, confidence etc. And you only get that playing regular football.
