United have six out for Hammers clash

|

Wayne Rooney heads a list of six players unavailable to play for Manchester United against the Irons tomorrow.

Rooney is ruled out after he sustained an ankle injury against Leicester City last weekend and manager Louis van Gaal will also be without central defender Phil Jones and midfielder Ander Herrera.

Both have failed to recover from ankle and hamstring injuries they picked up at Watford a fortnight ago. Defenders Marcos Rojo (shoulder) Luke Shaw (leg) and Antonio Valencia (foot) are also sidelined.

Yeah, so all these guys are out, – oh dear what a problem for Man U…. like they have all their other billion costing players just ready to step in….
As for Hammers; we still have some strength.
Sorry, bubs, but I’m OK with both Noble and Jenks. I’m liking Lanzini and Zarate interplay (and I admit I had written Zarate off after his non show at QPR last season; happy to eat humble pie. I’m still just about OK with Carroll, but I must admit that the one thing I like him for: guts: was not really in evidence last Sat v WBA apart from when he 1st came on. I’d like to see Carroll do well. Shame Sakho got injured as I thought he was having his best game this season. Antonio did well too. Moses needs to pull his finger out!

    Only six,
We might have a chance if we start without Noble and Jenkinson,
We need to give it a real go for the first 20 mins and they could buckle like they did last year then Pug nose can get his portfolio out to show how they don’t use the long game and hoed clever he is,
At least Slav bring a breath of fresh air with his honesty
