Up to 950 homes to be build at the Boleyn Ground

12110_ori_boleyn_ground_upton_park_A scoping planning application has been submitted to Newham council on behalf of the applicant Galliard Homes for the redevelopment of the Boleyn Ground.  The proposed application is for demolition of the existing buildings on site and the development of a residential-led mixed used scheme compromising of up to approximately 950 residential units in a number of buildings ranging in height from 3-16 storeys. Also proposed is approximately 950sqm of non-residential floor space  which predominantly comprises of small-scale commercial and community uses and public and private open spaces and landscaping.

  1. You mean to say the Alpari Stand is not going to get a preservation order on it – who’d have thunk it!

  2. Doesn’t look very exciting does it, bit like a typical 1970s plan.

  3. May we be assured that the main thoroughfare will be called the ‘West Ham Way’?
