Upton Gardens Launch event

Boleyn1Details of the residential development that will replace the Boleyn Gground will be released a preview launch event next Thursday in Stratford close to West Ham’s new stadium.

The Barrett London development called Upton Gardens consists of 842 new properties with one, two, three and four-bedroom homes.

The preview launch event will take place on 23rd February from 4pm-8pm at the Sky Bar & TerraceĀ in Aspers Casino, Westfield Stratford.

The promotional material says: Located in a thriving area of the Borough of Newham.

  • All apartments will offer private outdoor space
  • Access to communal gardens, landscaping and connectivity to Priory Park
  • Homes will feature spacious living and dining areas
  • Kitchens and bathrooms will be finished to a high specification
  • 24-hour concierge, underground car parking and cycle storage
  • New neighbourhood facilities will include community space and a public library

  2. I thought we sold to Galiard homes. Even though they were not the highest bidder. [Golds words] Suppose they sold to Barrett London, quick profit. Wonder if Gold and Sullivan knew about this. I will say no more.
