Valencia waits on Burnley fitness checks

|

Valencia3Hammers fans are still waiting for a final thumbs- up that Enner Valencia will face no fitness problems for the clash against Burnley.

The £12 million signing has had a long week of travelling and playing for his country, scoring three times, one of which was a magical effort against the USA.

Valencia will be tested to see how his fatigue is as the East Enders ahead of the trip to Lancashire tomorrow evening.

Allardyce said: “The last one back from internationals was Enner but he was in for recovery today and he hit the goal trail when he was away.”

And he added optimistically:  It was good to see him hitting the goal trail while he was away, hopefully he’ll do the same against Burnley.

“Obviously with the length of the travel and potential fatigue we need to take extra caution, but he should be fine to play against Burnley.”

Love watching Enner, you just don’t know what he is going to do next, but you know it will be attacking. He deserves more, goals than he has got,but i think everyone recognises that fact.He will i’m certain get a good goal return for us. C.O.Y.I.
