He’s back . . . . . . hammerschat’s favourite guest joined us last night to preview our Boxing Day fixture and he didn’t pull any punches.
Gold medalist, Olympian and lifelong Hammers fan Kriss Akabusi MBE was his usual effervescent self as he helped myself and Geo preview the Irons next game.
In this video he gives his remarkably frank and honest opinions on Dimitri Payet and Mark Noble in particular and also has a tactical switch in mind ahead of the impending transfer window. All the usual predictions and views are included in what will probably be our penultimate show of 2016.

Finally I’d like to personally and publicly thank Hugh and Sean for all their help with hammerschat and the exposure that they’ve given us. It was only a couple of years ago that my morning ritual included sitting down with a cup of tea and logging into Claret and Hugh to see what the latest news was. I was certainly one of the sites biggest fans and I was hopeful that I might one day have a blog featured on it so to have become part of the admin team and friend has been a massive honour and great fun.

Lol Rads, Joyeux Noel indeed. thanks Geo and Gonzo great video Kris is a top man found very little to disagree with him about, feel exactly the same about Noble, I hope we have another Noble or two in the youth team that will bleed Claret and Blue for us in the future but for now he either needs to find some form or should be on the bench at best, the one thing I would say about the performances is that the team seems very quiet not enough players calling for the ball or letting their teammates know who is about them, I am critical of Carroll’s pace but against Hull he was shouting pointing acting pretty much as a captain should so hopefully either Slav will find a way to get these players talking to each other during the games or we will buy some players that will step up in that regard, Happy Christmas and a top 2017 to all COYI !!!
