Members of the first team squad – including Carlton Cole, James Collins and Guy Demel are among those seen making surprise phone calls to one of two fans who have already been separated from their hard earned for a season ticket.

The players  joined office staff in calling supporters to personally thank them for their loyalty ahead of the new campaign.

Perhaps though the most notable remarks come from James Collins who – despite Mark Noble disagreeing with the co chairman’s assessment of their season – agreed in this clip that it certainly hadn’t been the best.
