Video: Sakho interview on his desire to leave

Diafra Sakho has broken silence on his version of events on transfer deadline day claiming that the club gave him permission for the medical in France. Sakho said “I still want to leave, I always say it, I don’t hide it, fans happy or not I want change of environment”

“I think going to France would be good to find a challenge for my career!”

On going to France on transfer deadline day Sakho explained “I just went to (do) the medicals, see the club (Rennes) and other people. I think both clubs agreed that I go to do the medicals”

“But after maybe there was not enough time for West Ham to allow me to go because they did not find a substitute!”

“That’s normal, after I understood I came back here but that didn’t change my desire to leave”

“I have been booed during games, fans unhappy with me, that is normal!”

“I have nothing against the fans, players or manager but no-one convinced me to stay!”

  1. Don’t blame him, he was our best striker by far untill he got injured……and something stinks at the club, #LongBallCarroll still preferred to anyone else!….. Didn’t we get rid of Fat Sam because the type of crap we’re playing now (except the defence was better)…..good luck to Sakho….he won’t be the last to leave.

    • Sam treated him and Enner like cr@p, Bilic certainly saw them both as subs, get shot of Bilic and see if we can turn the club around. I just don’t believe this rubbish about no managers being available, keeping a dead fish on the end of the line like they are with Slav isn’t likely to land is a bigger fish, the longer it goes on the worse it looks.
