A Noble goal from the edge of the box into the top corner has been on its way; he’s had 2 brilliantly saved recently, this one at last has gone in. Superb accuracy. I can see a few more coming. Even Shearer asked Roy Hodgeson whether Noble shouldn’t be called up. Those who can’t bear Noble leave me utterly flummoxed. I love him….not as much as Bonds, but not that far off! Thank Goodness most people and the directors agree; the very fact he is ALREADY getting a Testimonial is testament to that.
Imho this has been Noble’s best season, he has come of age, showing leadership & his confidence is sky high. Pin point passing & a long deserved goal. Can’t believe Emenike missed that fantastic chance towards the end & landed on his arse instead. Missed opportunity to get 3 points & move into 5th..
