Weird! Frankfurt supremo gets hump with Hammers

The Eintracht Frankfurt president Peter Fischer has today come out with a mysterious statement in attacking West Ham’s ticketing policy for Thursday night’s game.

The German side have been allocated a number of seats, and while there will likely be some attempts from a few more to sneak into other areas of the stadium, the Hammers have made it clear they will do their utmost to prevent them from doing so.

From the moment the sale of tickets became known the Hammers allocated to season ticket holders and followed up by allowing them to then buy for family and friends.

The whole plan was to ensure that no visiting supporters sneaked their way into the stadium, and the club has again made it clear they will do everything in their power to stop such activity

As a result of the Hammers approach and as relayed  by Westfälische Nachrichten, the Eintracht president said: “This is the worst rubbish. I’m ashamed of football that we’re already being threatened today.”

Weird!

What’s he getting the hump over? That the Irons have decided they don’t want any problems in the stadium is as sane as it gets.  Calm down Herr Fischer
