Well, well, Cherries tempted by Wilshere

|

What a lucky boy Jack Wiishere is turning out to be AGAIN!

He was given permission to train at Bournemouth by their east ender manager Jason Tindall and it seems the one time England midfielder is impressing him sufficiently for a short term contract to be a possibility.

Despite appearing a handful of games for us in just over two seasons, whilst picking up £100k a week, it seems he may be back in the game – albeit in the Championship of course.

It has taken him since summer to find an interested club and it probably comes as a shock to most that the south coast club are interested given the long term injury history but that seems to be the situation.

Jack Wilshere has been impressing in Bournemouth training and he might be offered a deal

The 29-year-old has been working with the Cherries to improve his conditioning but manager Tindall admits it would be ‘foolish’ not to look into a deal.

He told TalkSport: ‘ Jack’s still training with us, he’s training well, he’s looking sharp and it’s really good to have him.

‘It’s a situation we’ll keep monitoring in the next week or two and we’ll see where Jack’s at, and what we feel as a club in terms of what would be the best thing moving forward.

‘Whenever you’ve got a player of Jack’s quality training with you and you’re able to have a closer look, it would be foolish to say they’re not a chance of wanting to do something.

‘We haven’t had that conversation, but Jack has had a great time here, he’s loved being back here and he’s got a great relationship with all the players and staff.”

However, Tindall indicated a conversation was on the cards with the former Gunner.

Good luck Bournemouth – he is like a faulty pen, lasts long enough only to sign the contract and sick note!

That’s exactly the European possession based club that he was saying he was after. NOT.

He ought to be warned off and banned from having anything to do with professional football. All take and no give made Jack a dull buy.
