Coufal:6 Made a couple of good crosses and lost Garnacho on a couple of occasions.
Mavropanos:7 Yet another defensive partner for the Greek centre back. Sloppy in defence was was saved by Paqueta. Became increasingly busy and nervous as Man U grew into the first half.
Zouma:9 Played out of position on the left of defence but looked good. Excellent interception to stop a tap-in.
Emerson:6 Incredible link-up with Paqueta again. A force going forward.
Alvarez:7 Bossed his area of midfield at the start of the game but became overwhelmed as West Ham stopped attacking in the first half.
Soucek:6 Headed wide from a freekick. Incredible fitness levels and defended well but struggled to gain midfield control.
Ward Prowse:6 Part of a very static and non creative midfield but held the opposition at arms length. Excellent corner almost produced a goal, switched to the left at times as Paqueta wandered.
Kudus:8 So good at controlling passes pinged at him. Excellent battle with Shaw. Gave the ball away cheaply which nearly cost a goal. Man U doubled up on him. Switch with Bowen woke West Ham up on 70 mins. Scored on 77 mins capitalising on a United error and playing a one/two with Paqueta.
Paqueta:8 Amazing sliding block saved the day in the first half. Some decent passes but struggled when West Ham were overly defensive. Incredible chipped pass to Bowen created the opener. Got a second assist when he set-up Kudus.
Bowen:7 Marshalled well by Man U’s young debutant defender. Header produced an excellent save from Onana. Switched to the right wing and scored almost immediately.
