Fabianski:6 Hardly anything to do except pick the ball out of his net but made a save from long range in the 67th min.

Kehrer:6 Forced an excellent save from goalkeeper Simic. Not bad going forward but hardly tested defensively. Not really technical enough to open up the opposition defence.

Mavropanos:7 Very promising. looks immensely powerful and was a real handful from corners.

Ogbonna:5 Made a horrendous hesitant defensive error which gave TSC the lead. Had been faultless up to that point.

Cresswell:4 Initially struggled to get on the same wavelength as his teammates. Sustained an injury and was targeted by TSC.

Ward Prowse:8 Managed to get his first freekick in a Hammers shirt which unfortunately deflected off the wall. Set-up Kudus from a corner. Supplied the corner for Soucek to score. 2 assists.

Paqueta:6 The best player on the pitch and ran the show in the first half. Began to give the ball away needlessly as TSC Bačka started to test West Ham.

Fornals:4 Understandably looked rusty to begin with and didn’t really improve.

Kudus:7 Took Bowen’s place in the starting line-up. Very lively and likes to carry the ball. Created an irritant of himself which forced an own goal. Headed in accurately from a corner to put The Hammers in front.

Benrahma:6 Frustrating lack of end product from a clearly talented player in the first half. Redeemed himself by supplying the cross which forced an own goal and drew the Hammers level.

Ings:6 Had a decent shot from long-range after 15 mins. Excellent exchange of passes with Benrahma almost created a chance.

Substitutes

Emerson:6 Half time replacement for the injured Cresswell. Gave West Ham an attacking threat.

Antonio:6 60th min sub for Fornals. Played in well by Ings but a poor first touch. Messed up again later on when put through in the box by Paqueta. Forced an excellent save late on.

Soucek:7  Sub for Danny Ings in the 76th min. Headed in West Ham’s third from a Ward Prowse corner.
