Not to heap more misery on the beleaguered West Ham ticket office but a picture doing the rounds on social media tonight shows that a ticket booking for Accrington Stanley on 21st September has been billed as an UEFA Europa League game.
Now that should shift a few more tickets and I am sure the Stanley fans will find amusement that they have mysteriously qualified for Europe.
Even Accrington Stanley’s official twitter account got in on the fun tweeting out
“Looks like “up north” is now officially a different country”
Club really needs to sort these sort of things out and quick. It’s one mistake after another. The Ticket Office is a shambles in not replying to emails etc. The club is becoming a laughing stock – where is Karren Brady when you need her.
Over the years, every time I’ve dealt with Ticketmaster has been an overpriced shambles. Concerts, sporting events, comedy – they really are a glorified waste of time that you pay through the nose for. Get it back in house as soon as we can – everything that’s been outsourced – ticketing, stewarding, is going to ratsh1t.
