Moyes has fascinating Hammers choices

|

West Ham boss David Moyes has some interesting selection decisions to make when the Hammers meet Stade Rennais  tomorrow afternoon.

With all the Hammers internationals back on duty and several of the academy boys impressing strongly, the team sheet will be received with enthusiasm by the fans.

As we approach the start of the season and the pre-season games become more important we will start to see which of the youngsters are now serious candidates for the regular first team squad.

The likes of Divin Mubama,, Levi Laing and Dan Chesters  have impressed on their outings for the first team in recent weeks and could be involved but Freddie Potts has been sent on loan to Wycombe.

Moyes will have an almost full squad of senior players available to choose in north-western France.

Only Ben Johnson and Michail Antonio remain absent, with the duo given time to rest and recuperate after their respective efforts for England U21s and Jamaica into early July.

And it is to be assumed that Aaron Cresswell will be absent having  not been training whilst talks go on about a possible move to Wolves.

Saturday’s match will be available to watch on the West Ham United YouTube channel, with the live action commencing roughly five minutes before kick-off.

Our team: Fabianski, Coufal, Zouma, Aguerd Emerson; Chesters, Soucek, Benrahma; Bowen Mubama
