West Ham are reported to be among several Premier League clubs keen to sign England’s European Under-21 Championship-winning captain Taylor Harwood-Bellis according to the BBC.
The Manchester City defender of course led the Young Lions to their first European title in 39 years with a superb victory over Spain last Saturday.
And of course he was also a key player as he became a Championship play
er whilst on loan at Burnley last season and is thought to be valued by City at approximately £15m.
He is now entering the last year of his contract at the Etihad and was was name-checked by England manager Gareth Southgate during the senior international break last month.
His centre-back partner Levi Colwill was part of the England squad during the last international break and figures at the FA believe Harwood-Bellis is one of a number of the current U21 team able to progress to the senior squad.
