West Ham deal refreshes parts other beers cannot reach

The Hammers have renewed their partnership with the UK’s leading pub, cider and beer company, HEINEKEN  to remain  the Official Beer Partner of West Ham United.

The new multi-year partnership will see HEINEKEN continue to provide a range of  beer and cider brands at the London Stadium on matchdays. These brands include, but are not limited to, Heineken, Amstel, Birra Moretti and Strongbow.

Over the last five years, West Ham United and Heineken have worked together to enhance the match day experience for supporters, introducing popular fan areas such as The Boleyn Bar, TheHeineken Bar under the North Scoreboard, and the Fan Zone Bar at the back of the Billy Bonds Stand.

The multi-year extension will allow both parties to continue this work, with additional bespoke bar installations, plus a wider range of beer and cider being made available to supporters.

In addition, London Stadium have also announced a long-term extension with the firm that will deliver across their multi-event calendar, which has seen the venue host the 2015 Rugby World Cup, the London 2017 World Athletics Championships, the 2019 Major League Baseball London Series, and performers like the Rolling Stones, Foo Fighters, Guns N’ Roses and Beyoncé.

  1. Probably the worst beer in the world. Especially on match day,my previous experience of beer at the London Stadium is of flat expensive larger. It’s a pity that LS can’t have an ale or guest beer like Brighton do or even like the Spurs have their own home made beer. But no it’s all about how much money the Club can make instead of giving the customers some pleasure.

    • I don’t think we make any revenue out of catering and beverages sales until £5m turnover per season is achieved for the first ten years of our concession agreement?

      • West Ham have a profit share agreement which allows them to earn 30% of the profits after the first £500,000.

        • Thanks for letting us know Sean,
has the club ever received a profit share to date?
It’d be right and proper if the club did!
Delaware North seemingly post losses by all accounts.

  2. Forget the beer deal what about naming rights for the Stadium why has that deal not been brokered yet, surely with European football next season there must be a few takers ?
