West Ham holding company W H Holding Limited announced the termination of reappointment of two directors earlier this week leading to some confusion whether there was some sinister reason behind the move.
The notifications made on the companies’ house website showed that majority shareholder’s son Dave Sullivan Junior and Jiri Svarc, a Daniel Kretinksy appointee was terminated and reappointed within 24 hours.
After investigation it appears to be a simple admin error and no conspiracy theories are required.
Dave Sullivan Junior’s middle names were the wrong way round in the original companies house entry and Jiri’s date of birth month was also wrong. Apparently, it is quicker to terminate and reappoint than amend directors’ details records online at Companies house. The reason for these recent corrections is the new companies house ID check scheme which came into force last November so your companies house director record must be accurate to match your id documents i.e your passport
I thought it wasn’t what it looked like?
As always it looks like incompetence to me.
I can only imagine how despairing it must feel working under Baroness Botox and the cheapskate charlatan ex-adult industry “entrepreneur”.
Perish the thought.
What hope does the club have if they can’t even get a directors name right
